They did show that all the terrorist miraculously got captured in the parade through the CBI in the end. Anyway, the movie is problematic on many levels because at one level AIR itself is arranging interviews with the 'peaceful' 'terrorists' and on the other hand, CBI is so dumb that they think Amar is also with the terrorists supporting them.

Not to mention ofcourse that the 'hero' practices is heroism by always forcing his decision on someone, literally on a woman's body each time.
